The Market Analysis report is a NON-CERTIFIED aircraft appraisal report more general in nature than the certified aircraft appraisal.

The Market Analysis Report is a more generalized report because the appraiser may or may not have actually seen the aircraft. The appraiser does not attest to the accuracy or validity of the report condition, equipment, maintenance status or AD status, etc, of the aircraft. This is the type of report for our clients who do not need to have an extremely detailed appraisal such as a certified appraisal, yet still require information to help them establish a ball park figure. Market Analysis Reports are more economical than their counterpart the certified appraisal, and thus help those who do not have the same accuracy requirements that our other clients might.
